Terms & Conditions

Effective May 28, 2026

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase of tickets to, and your attendance at, the Colorado Pizza Festival (the "Event"), produced by Pizza With Purpose ("we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing a ticket or entering the Event, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and any minors in your care.

The Event is scheduled for Saturday, September 5, 2026, from 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM at 4th Avenue & Kimbark Street in Longmont, Colorado. Tickets are sold through our authorized ticketing partner, Tixr.

Article 1Your Ticket

Your ticket is a revocable license to attend the Event and may be revoked at our discretion. We reserve the right to modify or update the Event program, schedule, participating pizzerias, vendors, performers, activities, and amenities at any time without notice. The announcement of any pizzeria, vendor, sponsor, or performer is not a guarantee of their appearance, and no refund will be issued due to changes in the lineup or schedule.

All tickets are final sale and cannot be exchanged or refunded. By purchasing a ticket to this event, you agree to this purchase policy. Before purchasing your tickets, we urge you to confirm the title, time, and location of the event.

We are not responsible for delays, rescheduling, or cancellation caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, fire, flood, acts of God, governmental action, public health orders, labor disputes, or other force majeure events. By attending, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with attendance at a large public outdoor event.

Article 2Admission, Age & Proof of Identity

General Admission is $15 plus $5 in fees. Children 12 and under are admitted free with a paying adult. The Golden Ticket ($50 plus $8.18 in fees) includes admission plus unlimited sample-size servings from participating pizzerias.

Alcohol may be available for purchase from licensed beverage vendors. Any guest wishing to purchase or consume alcohol must be 21 years of age or older and present valid, government-issued photo identification (such as a driver's license, state ID, passport, or military ID) upon request. Expired or photocopied identification will not be accepted. Beverage vendors reserve the right to refuse service at their discretion and to limit the number of alcoholic beverages served.

Food, beverages, and pizza samples are subject to availability and may run out. We do not guarantee the availability of any particular item, vendor, or quantity, and no refund will be issued if a specific item is unavailable.

Article 3Security Check

All guests and their belongings are subject to search upon entry as a condition of admission. By entering, you consent to a reasonable search of your person and property. We reserve the right to deny entry to, or remove, any person who refuses to submit to a search, who appears to be impaired by alcohol or drugs, or who behaves in a disruptive, unsafe, or unlawful manner. Items deemed prohibited may be confiscated, and we are not obligated to return them.

Article 4Prohibited Items

The following items are not permitted at the Event:

Article 5Conduct at the Event

You agree to behave responsibly and to comply with all instructions from Event staff, security, and local authorities. Prohibited conduct includes entering restricted areas, harassing or endangering others, public intoxication, indecent behavior, and damaging or vandalizing property. We reserve the right to remove any guest whose conduct is unsafe, unlawful, or disruptive, without refund.

Article 6Re-Entry

Re-entry policies will be posted at the Event. Unless otherwise indicated, guests who leave the Event grounds may not be permitted to re-enter without a valid ticket. Any guest removed from the Event for violating these Terms forfeits their ticket and is not entitled to a refund.

Article 7Unauthorized Ticket Sales

Tickets may not be resold above face value, forged, duplicated, tampered with, or used for advertising, promotions, contests, or giveaways without our prior written consent. We reserve the right to void any ticket obtained or used in violation of these Terms and to deny entry to its holder.

Article 8Recordings & Photography

By attending the Event, you grant us and our partners the irrevocable right to photograph, film, and record you and to use your likeness, voice, and image in any media, worldwide, in perpetuity, for promotional, marketing, and commercial purposes, without compensation. Guests may take photos and video for personal, non-commercial use only.

Article 9Merchandise

Official Event merchandise is sold only by authorized vendors on-site. The sale or distribution of unauthorized merchandise at or near the Event is prohibited.

Article 10Parking

Parking is not provided or guaranteed by the Event. We are not responsible for any loss of, or damage to, vehicles or their contents. Guests park at their own risk and should follow all local parking regulations.

Article 11Cleanliness

Please help us keep the Event grounds clean by disposing of trash and recycling in the designated receptacles. Restroom facilities are to be used only for their intended purpose.

Article 12Zero-Tolerance Drug Policy

The use, possession, or distribution of illegal drugs or controlled substances at the Event is strictly prohibited and will result in removal and possible referral to law enforcement. Prescription medications are permitted only in their original, labeled containers and only for the person to whom they are prescribed. By entering, you consent to search as described in Article 3.

Article 13Accessibility (ADA)

We are committed to making the Event accessible to all guests. If you require accommodations, please reach out in advance through the contact section of our website so we can assist you.

Article 14Event Safety

The Event takes place on public streets and outdoor surfaces that may be uneven, wet, or slippery. You assume responsibility for your own safety and that of any minors in your care, and you agree to exercise reasonable caution at all times.

Article 15Medical Care

In the event of a medical emergency, you consent to receive emergency medical treatment and transportation as deemed necessary by Event staff or medical personnel. You release us from any liability arising from such treatment or transportation, except to the extent caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Article 16Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pizza With Purpose, its organizers, sponsors, vendors, volunteers, and their respective affiliates, officers, and employees (collectively, the "Event Parties") from any and all claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to your attendance at the Event, except to the extent caused by the gross negligence or willful misconduct of the Event Parties.

In no event will the total liability of the Event Parties to you exceed the face value of the ticket(s) you purchased. You knowingly and voluntarily waive any right to a trial by jury in connection with any dispute arising out of these Terms or the Event.

Article 17Miscellaneous

Any claim against the Event Parties must be submitted in writing within six (6) months of the Event, and any legal action must be commenced within one (1) year of the Event. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, and any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Boulder County, Colorado.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Event and supersede any prior understandings. We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on this page. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
